Welcome to Rampz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our decentralized on-ramp and off-ramp platform. By accessing or using Rampz, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Rampz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility To use Rampz, you must: Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines and in your jurisdiction.

Nature of the Platform Rampz is a decentralized, non-custodial platform that facilitates on-ramp and off-ramp transactions between users.The platform does not hold user funds or assets. All transactions occur directly between users on a peer-to-peer basis.Rampz does not require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Fees Rampz charges a flat 1% platform fee per transaction.There are no hidden charges, markups, or additional costs.Users are responsible for any network fees (e.g., blockchain gas fees) associated with their transactions.

User Responsibilities Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their on-chain wallets, private keys, and seed phrases. Rampz cannot recover lost wallets or keys.Users must ensure the accuracy of all transaction details before confirming any transactions on the platform.Users must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities while using the platform.

Prohibited Activities You agree not to: Use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or other prohibited activities under Philippine law.Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform’s functionality.Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to interact with the platform without prior authorization.

Limitation of Liability Rampz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.Rampz shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from user errors, technical issues, or unauthorized access to user wallets.Rampz is not responsible for any disputes or disagreements between users.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Rampz, its founders, developers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms Rampz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manila City, Philippines.
